Hello to everyone, firstly thanks for taking the time to read this, my least favorite subject me.

i have been and still am a chef,  since i was 12 years  it was was i wanted to do having grown up cooking and baking cake with my gran.

i never really thought i was going to write more then a menu but over the years i been thinking more more about the idea  of writting  a book spending more time procrastinating then doing it, now i cant stop 

when my daughter now 21 was younger i always used to sit and read for her and with her,  when all those books were done i used to make up silly stories for her to make her laugh and usually get me told off for not getting my daughter to sleep by my wife (whoops)

one of the favorite ones i used to make up was a crazy pirate ship that jumped abouth through time and would get into all sorts of scraps and battle, and that is the story i refined in the ship of the lost.

i play with myths, folklore, history, retelling a few historical things and tying them to the myths and legends and the silly characters of the book oh and more then a few bits of dad humor (sorry about that)
